My position at the Sweetwater County Memorial Hospital Obstetrics and Women's Healthcare Clinic, allows me to exercise the full range of my scope of practice as a Certified Nurse-Midwife.

 

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a master's degree in nursing, I see women for all aspects of their health needs.  This encompasses primary care for general health problems; gynecological health maintenance and prevention/evaluation/treatment of problems; contraceptive management; evaluation/management of menopause; and of course, obstetrical care for women- my greatest love vocationally- prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum followup.

I find it an especially rewarding career and enjoy impacting the lives of not only women but of those family members and friends who love and rely on them. I believe management of women's health is a partnership, and promoting women to be the best they can be is the ultimate goal.

It has been my pleasure to serve thousands of women in our great state of Wyoming, and hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
